Leadership Vacancies

Role Overview:

The Deputy Principal (Primary School) plays a key leadership role in shaping a nurturing, inquiry-driven learning environment aligned with international best practices and the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP). Working closely with the Principal, this role supports the strategic direction of the school while ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include overseeing curriculum implementation, supporting and mentoring teachers, monitoring student progress, and fostering a positive school culture grounded in collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement. The Deputy Principal also engages closely with parents, leads pastoral initiatives, and ensures policies and procedures are implemented consistently across the primary school.

The ideal candidate is an experienced primary educator with strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of inquiry-based learning, and a passion for developing both students and staff in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Role Overview:

The Deputy Principal (Middle & High School) supports the academic, pastoral, and operational leadership of the secondary school, working in partnership with the Principal to ensure excellence across the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP).

This role involves leading teaching and learning initiatives, supporting subject leaders, managing student wellbeing and discipline, and promoting a culture of high expectations and academic integrity. The Deputy Principal plays a critical role in staff development, timetable planning, and ensuring compliance with IB and regulatory requirements.

Candidates should bring strong secondary leadership experience, a sound understanding of adolescent development, and the ability to inspire both staff and students within a global learning community.

Role Overview:

The PYP Coordinator provides pedagogical leadership and strategic oversight for the implementation, development, and continuous improvement of the IB PYP Programme. The role ensures that the programme is implemented with fidelity to IB philosophy and standards, while supporting teachers, leadership, students, and the wider school community in developing a coherent, inquiry-based learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Leadership

  1. Lead the planning, implementation, review, and development of the PYP.
  2. Oversee the Programme of Inquiry (POI), ensuring coherence and progression across grade levels.
  3. Promote the integration of the IB learner profile, concepts, ATL, and inquiry-based pedagogy.


Teaching & Learning Support

  1. Support teachers in collaborative planning, assessment, and reflective practice.
  2. Provide guidance on inquiry design, differentiation, and inclusive practices.
  3. Promote effective assessment to inform teaching and learning.


Professional Learning

  1. Facilitate ongoing PYP-related professional development.
  2. Support teachers’ understanding and implementation of IB philosophy and practices.
  3. Encourage a culture of reflection and continuous improvement.


IB Authorisation & Compliance

  1. Coordinate the IB authorisation and evaluation processes.
  2. Ensure programme documentation, policies, and practices meet IB requirements.
  3. Act as the main liaison between the school and the International Baccalaureate.

  1. Promote understanding of the PYP within the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Support the integration of global contexts, key and related concepts, and approaches to learning (ATL).


Teaching & Learning Support

  3. Support the use of criterion-related assessment to inform learning and progression.


Professional Learning

  1. Facilitate ongoing MYP-related professional development.
